Summer Certificate Programs
Looking for something more in-depth than an individual course? The UW offers a variety of Summer Quarter certificate programs, giving you the chance to take a deeper dive into a particular subject.
Certificate programs consist of a series of related courses that focus on a specific area of professional interest. Courses are generally taught by experienced industry professionals and focus on providing hands-on learning in the classroom. After you successfully complete the courses in your program, you receive a certificate from UW Professional & Continuing Education that you can use to boost your resume.
You will also earn regular course credit, and your academic transcript will list the certificate courses you completed. However, your transcript will not list the certificate itself.
